The knees are crossing the midline and the legs are rotated in from the hips.
The shoulder drops and the core rotates with every step.
Forget about how much extra energy it takes to move like this.
Take a moment to consider how much strain is on each part of the body that’s out of alignment and the twisting of each joint.
Think about how hard all the other muscles and joints are working to cover for the weakness in the muscles that literally, aren’t pulling their weight.
And that’s why, at the end of a workout, instead of feeling awesome, you ask yourself:
“How much longer can I keep this up?”
